Community Access and Referral Enrollment System (CARES) program of discounted care for families and children in La Plata County is now available. The information on enrollment is available at www.laplatacares.org. See the CARES quarterly report and data evaluation in pdf from March 2012 here.
The Worksite Wellness Tool Kit is for large or small businesses implementing a Worksite Wellness Program. According to the tool kit, "Worksite wellness is an organized program in the worksite that is intended to assist employees and their family members (and/or retirees) in making voluntary behavior changes which reduce their health and injury risks, improve their health consumer skills and enhance their individual productivity and well being."
